I joined Spectrum Literary Arts as a Designer back in September of 2024. Prior to then I was published in the Summer 2024 Issue as an artist. Since joining Spectrum, I've gotten to experience what it's like to be published, to curate social media posts, to work on magazine layouts, and even launch a complete issue. It's been a transformative time for me and I've found that it also helped bring me clarity that I want a career in UI/UX design.

My Work as an Designer
Over the course of the school year, I've worked on the Fall 2024 Issue, leading its launch with a thematic marketing approach inspired by its title Tethered. I developed a creative slogan and tagline, designed social media campaigns, and presented the magazine to an audience of 50, showcasing the work of 30+ students in photography, prose, illustration, and fine art. Now, I am curating the Spring 2025 Issue.

When I got published in the Summer 2024 Issue for Spectrum Magazine, 2 of my digital art pieces were displayed in the magazine. The first one being Metamorphosis and the second one being Quiet Burn.
