At iRobot, I produced the technical illustrations for the Roomba Mini 2026 digital owner’s guide, used by customers to set up their robot for the first time.

Observing the unboxing experience in first-time users
We observed 4 users unbox and set up the product, documenting friction points, moments of confusion, and what worked well. These sessions exposed gaps in clarity and helped us reshape the experience.
